Leaving us?

If you wish to leave the employment of Westminster Homecare we need you to complete the Leavers Questionnaire. This will need to be sent to your Branch Manager in order for her to request that the final payroll be processed and then a P45 issued to you.

 

Been on any courses we should know about?

Then fill out this Education Attendance Record and pass it to your co-ordinator for inclusion in your records.
