At Westminster Homecare we are dedicated to providing an excellent service to our customers. This year, 2009, we will be delivering over one and a quarter million hours of care to people wishing to remain in their own homes.
To deliver this care we obviously need staff and we are constantly on the look out for reliable, motivated and professional people to work with us to achieve our goals.
We are very proud of our reputation as a quality homecare provider and we recognise that our reputation relies on the skills, knowledge and dedication of our care staff. That is why, if you chose to work with us, we will train and support you throughout your career. All our carers are trained primarily to NVQ2 in care. We offer further qualifications and career opportunities to our staff and this is supported by our in house trainers and branch managers. Further specialist training is provided to all staff.
