1. Paid Training |
Westminster Homecare will pay up to 21 hours per year for attending statutory training. |

1(a). Free Training |
As well as the recruitment and induction training, we also hold regular training courses on specialist subjects. |

2. Pension Arrangements |
We have setup a Stake Holders Pension Scheme with Standard Life. |

3. Carer of the month award |
Each month we award a carer from each branch with the award and £25 gift vouchers |

4. Reward for introductory of staff |
We pay £50 to anyone who refers another carer who begins working for us. That's £50 per person. |

5. 4-Weekly Pay |
Wages paid by BACS every 4-weeks into your nominated bank/building society account |

6. Employers Liability Insurance |
£10 million of insurance cover. |
|
7. Bank Holiday Pay |
If you work Bank Holidays, we pay up to double the normal pay rates. |

You are entitled to 4 weeks holiday pay a year. We will even carry over up to 5 days of unclaimed holiday days into the new holiday year. |

9. Sick Pay |
Statuary Sick Pay is paid by the company. You must be earning a minimum weekly average of £77. Calculations are based on the average number of days you work a week. You must provide the office with a doctor's certificate to qualify for payment. The first 3 days are not paid. (these calculations are only a guide. The actual calculations will be based on the entitlement regulations as at the time of claiming). |

Westminster Homecare collect and pay your statutory contribution. |

11. Maternity Pay |
Full state entitlement is paid in accordance with current statutory regulations. (these calculations are only a guide. The actual calculations will be based on the entitlement regulations as at the time of claiming). |
